Guess what?? I was invited last year to perform at Manchester Lane, a snazzy little jazz bar in Melbourne City, and ended up doing it. As part of great project organized by the venue and some students studying Music Management, particularly a very sexy man we like to call Lonny, a fantastic compilation CD was put together featuring artists who’d been invited to play at the venue. They sent me a complimentary ten CDs, so if you’re interested in buying one for $20.00 and having me send it out to you, just send your email to orders@seanikin.com and I’ll get straight onto it.

Also, I was blessed enough to be a featured artist on ABC Music’s website in February. It was a fantastic honour and another great example of how Australians get behind independent artists.

I’ve finally paid off the scary people at AMCOS – who insist on me giving them money for music that I wrote, recorded and OWN (dickheads).
